“This project was interesting in that the client  wanted the building to be remodelled to look  like it was part of the neighboring ‘Malibu  Lumberyard’ complex, not the client’s own  primary structure.  Presumably, there will be  a phase 2 that updates the main Prudential  building to also match.”
